These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and FlockTrade AS, Org.nr 929 719 824, registered in Bodø, Norway ("FlockTrade", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@flocktrade.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Where we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

The platform aggregates data and content from many third-party sources. We work to keep it timely and accurate, but we do not guarantee that any data, signal, score or AI-generated summary is complete, current or correct. Data may be delayed, interrupted or withdrawn by its source. You are responsible for verifying anything before you act on it.
The platform, its software, design, and original content are owned by FlockTrade and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. Anything you post in the community remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of operating the service.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law.
You can stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the platform ends, while clauses that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Salten og Lofoten District Court as the agreed legal venue, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@flocktrade.com or use the contact page.
